What we collect
- Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name.
- Order details: delivery and billing addresses, the products and options you choose, your order history.
- Artwork and instructions: files, images, text and printing notes you send us, and details you give in quote, custom printing and design help requests.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and saved addresses.
- Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment but we never see or store your full card number.
- Website usage: with your consent, information about how you use our site, such as pages viewed. See our Cookie Policy.
- Messages: anything you tell us when you contact us.
How and why we use it
- To make and deliver your order, check your artwork, contact you about it, and handle returns and refunds. Lawful basis: performing our contract with you.
- To reply to quotes, design help and other enquiries. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering you.
- To keep financial and tax records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
- To understand how our website is used. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with
We only share what is needed, with:
- our payment provider, to take payment securely;
- delivery couriers, to deliver your order;
- our ecommerce platform and hosting providers, which run this website and store order information;
- trusted production partners who help make some products, where needed to fulfil your order;
- professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it
- Order and financial records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically up to six years.
- Artwork files: 12 months after your order is completed, so you can reorder easily. After that we delete them when they are no longer required.
- Quote and enquiry details that do not lead to an order: 12 months from your last contact with us. After that we delete them when they are no longer required.
- Account details: until you ask us to close your account.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is wrong;
- have it deleted, or its use restricted, in some circumstances;
- object to how we use it, including for direct marketing;
- receive a copy in a portable format in some circumstances;
- withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
