UK delivery options, and how production time and delivery time work together.

Every order has two stages:
Your total wait is the production time plus the delivery time. If we spot an artwork problem, we will contact you before printing, and production will start once it is resolved.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. [OWNER TO CONFIRM: any UK areas with different rates or longer times, for example the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.]
Standard delivery prices do not cover oversized or very heavy items. For banners, signs, large-format prints, very heavy orders and unusually large bulk orders, delivery is calculated separately. We will give you a delivery quote before you pay. Use Request a Quote, or contact us, for these items.
Local collection is not currently available. [INFORMATION REQUIRED FROM OWNER: collection address, collection days and hours, and how customers will know their order is ready.]

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at ririta255@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photos of the damage and packaging. We will put it right in line with your legal rights. See our Refunds & Returns Policy.
The goods are your responsibility once they have been delivered to you or to someone you have nominated.
